On August 18, 2022, the Advisory Board held its third meeting.

Since the meeting of March 24, minor sessions of organ experts and organists took place. The concept, which was acknowledged an March 24 (read more>) was refined and finally discussed. A timeline for a two-stage competition to be opened in 2022 was resolved.

On September 14, the board of Rostock Lutheran City Parish decided
1) to announce the competitive bidding process,
2) a structural analysis of the organ loft and the mainframe of the organ case and
3) setting up test areas for the exterior restoration of organ and duke’s loft.
